The Lead Acid Battery 1.2Ah 12V will keep keep doors locked during a power outage. 

Battery back-up is optional, but a recommended addition to an Access Control system where you want to keep the door secure for some time during mains power failure.

In the event of a fire alarm activation with an electric lock in 'FailSafe', the door will still open to allow safe emergency exit.

 This battery is suitable for use with EntroStar Two Door Controller
